All Panasonic units come with official factory warranty. If your unit arrives defective or damaged during delivery, we will replace it at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process

  1. Contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp with your order number
  2. We will review your request within 1 business day
  3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method:
    • GCash: Refunded to your GCash account within 3-5 business days
    • Card (Payrex): Refunded to your card within 5-10 business days
    • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via GCash or bank transfer
