Refund & Return Policy

At RENFI Corporation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Panasonic airconditioning purchase. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges.
1. Cancellation Before Delivery
- Orders may be cancelled before delivery/installation for a full refund
- Contact us at 0942 411 8581 or sales@renficorp.com with your order number
- Refunds for GCash/card payments will be processed within 3-5 business days
2. Defective or Damaged Units
All Panasonic units come with official factory warranty. If your unit arrives defective or damaged during delivery, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Report defects within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/video of the damage or defect
- We will arrange replacement or repair under Panasonic warranty
- Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself — this may void the warranty
3. Returns
- Units may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging
- Installed units cannot be returned unless defective (see Section 2)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns
4. Warranty Claims
As an authorized Panasonic dealer, all units include:
- Compressor: Up to 12 years warranty (model-dependent)
- Parts: 1 year warranty
- Labor: Covered during the warranty period for manufacturing defects
For warranty claims, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with Panasonic Philippines on your behalf.
5. Refund Process
- Contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp with your order number
- We will review your request within 1 business day
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- GCash: Refunded to your GCash account within 3-5 business days
- Card (Payrex): Refunded to your card within 5-10 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via GCash or bank transfer
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Installation labor charges (once installation is completed)
- Delivery fees for delivered orders (unless delivery error)
- Units damaged by customer misuse, improper installation, or power surges
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different model within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
