How Inverter Works

A non-inverter aircon runs at full power until the room is cold, then turns off completely, then turns on again. This on-off cycle wastes electricity.

An inverter aircon adjusts its compressor speed continuously — it never fully stops. This uses 30-50% less electricity than a non-inverter.
